Refund & Returns Policy (UK Customers)

Effective Date: January 2026

This policy applies to purchases made from PCORE via our website by customers in the United Kingdom.

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel (Online Orders Only)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel:

You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Conditions of Return
Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical shop.
If the product shows signs of excessive handling, installation, use, or damage, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return), using the original payment method.

2. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods (30-Day Right to Reject)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods if they are:

Faulty
Not as described
Not fit for purpose
You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We may request photographs or evidence of the issue before approving a return.

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will:

Provide a full refund, or
Offer a replacement (at our discretion)
If a return is required for a confirmed faulty item, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

3. Installation & Vehicle Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle prior to installation.
Returns will not be accepted where:
Damage results from improper installation
The product has been forcefully fitted or modified
Interior vehicle damage has occurred due to installation or removal
Adhesive damage, surface marking, or trim damage results from incorrect use
Products must not be installed or permanently affixed if you intend to exercise your 14-day cancellation right beyond reasonable inspection.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We may refuse refunds where:
The return is requested outside statutory time limits
The product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it
The product is returned damaged due to misuse
The product is incomplete or missing parts not due to our error
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights.

6. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of:

Receiving the returned goods, or
Receiving proof that the goods have been returned
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

This Policy Provides:

The legally required 14-day cooling-off period
The legally required 30-day faulty goods protection
No voluntary extended returns
Customer-paid return shipping (where allowed)
Protection against misuse and installation damage
